COVID-19 Guidelines

December 5, 2021

Dear patrons,

We kindly ask all audience members to remember to wear a mask to performances at the Hoogland Center for the Arts. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. If you do not feel comfortable with wearing a mask, or being around crowds, we will be happy to offer you a refund.  To help with social distancing, we request that anyone who purchased tickets online please print out your email and use that as your ticket to present to the ushers as you enter the theatre. Our goal is to reduce congestion at the box office window as much as possible.

Refreshments will be sold in the H.D. Smith Gallery on the first floor. We ask that snacks be consumed in that space. Water will be allowed in the main theatre, but snacks will not be allowed.  After the show, the performers will meet friends and family members in the H.D. Smith Gallery, but because the space may be crowded, we encourage people to limit their time inside. We want all of our wonderful patrons to be safe. Wearing a mask is a simple way to allow us to continue to successfully reopen and present live performances.

We thank you for your cooperation.

* Note to all audience members: There is a risk of COVID-19 exposure in any public place where there are large groups of people. Therefore, audience members assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.
